Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days, in plain, discreet packaging.
• Standard shipping is $7.95, and free on orders over $50.
• Estimated delivery is [X–Y] business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by email.
• Subscriptions ship every 8 weeks. You can skip, change or cancel before your next order date by emailing us.

Returns & refunds

• 30-day guarantee: if your cream doesn't suit your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if the tube has been opened.
• Free strength swap: if your strength isn't right, we'll swap it for a different strength at no cost within 30 days.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Damaged or incorrect items: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
• This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order and to support you: your name, email, shipping address, order details and messages you send us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

• We use your details to fulfil orders, send order and shipping updates, and respond to you.
• We only send marketing emails if you sign up, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• We share data only with services needed to run the shop, such as payment processing, delivery and email, and never sell it.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [support email].

Terms of sale

• Tretinoin cream is for topical use on the skin only and is sold to customers aged 18 and over.
• Do not use it if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Read the product information before use, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you have questions or a skin condition.
• We only ship to countries where we're permitted to supply this product. We may cancel and refund an order we can't lawfully fulfil.
• Prices are shown in AUD and include GST. Payment is taken when you place your order.
